Products from The Jennifer Michener Brand may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners. If your order contains more than one item, the items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on the items and delivery address. Production time and transit time vary by product, destination, and carrier. Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

When tracking is available, we’ll send it to the email address provided with your order. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at jennifer.r.michener@gmail.com. We’ll try to help, but address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, email us at jennifer.r.michener@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.
