Return and Exchange Policy:

Every Jennifer Michener piece is handmade and made to order, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges on shoes and accessories only in "The Signature Luxe Collection". These pieces are handmade and created especially for you (the "customer"), so there are no refunds on these particular pieces. Although we understand items may look different on a screen/paper, than it does in person and we also understand that different Brands create sizes differently, due to the "thumb measurements". So, for these particular reasons we do accept exchanges for another piece that may fit you better or may look better in person. We apologize for any inconvenience. Again, this is only for the pieces in "The Signature Luxe Collection".

Time limit: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Condition to be returned: Items must be unworn and unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer pays return shipping for style exchanges.

Handmade timeline: Each replacement is newly handmade in Italy just for you. Please allow up to 4–6 weeks from when your exchange is approved until your new item arrives.

Free gifts: You may keep any free gift included with your original order, exchangesdo not qualify you (the "customer") to receive an additional free gift without the purchase of two additional shoes.

Defects/Size Exchanges: If an item arrives defective or damaged, or if the size you ordered does not fit, we'll replace it free of charge, including return shipping.
